This micro is developed with external lector Tom Jensen and lector Mogens Sparre, for use across the many educations offered at AAU.

Tom and Mogens will guide students through three modules covering the foundational concepts of emotional intelligence, and how one can begin applying them to expand ones own competencies of leadership.

Besides the three modules, the course also includes a reflection- and assignment sheet.
This sheet can be used throughout the course, and is available both for print, or in digital form.
